Description
Universal multi-purpose extreme pressure lithium grease based on highly purified mineral base oil with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and extreme pressure EP additives (EP – Extreme Pressure) molybdenum disulfide and lubricating graphite, possessing high heat resistance, sealing ability and providing excellent anti-friction and extreme pressure characteristics.
Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters in the composition significantly increases the anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Retains its performance properties from -30 °C to +140 °C, which increases the service life of bearings;
- Has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a strong lubricating film, which helps to increase the service life of lubricated units. Provides effective boundary lubrication under high pressure and temperature conditions;
- Withstands extreme and impact loads due to the EP additives used. In case of accidental overheating, the presence of layered additives eliminates seizure and jamming;
- Thanks to special antioxidant and anticorrosive additives, it reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion even when operating in a humid and polluted environment;
- Has good thermal stability, guaranteeing the grease's resistance to temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stability, eliminating the extrusion of grease, as well as the loss of its consistency during operation, which reduces losses and consumption of grease;
- Effectively resists oxidation, does not form deposits;
- Retains its plastic and adhesive properties over a long service life;
- The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Application: For lubrication of units of various transport, agricultural and off-road equipment operating under conditions of increased and/or shock loads or vibration in dusty, wet and/or dry environments: universal joints, cardan shaft crosspieces, supporting coupling devices with kingpins, CV joints, plain and rolling bearings, chassis and other highly loaded friction units of equipment.
