Description
Lithium-calcium semi-liquid plastic grease for lubricating low-speed gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems (CLS) of trucks and buses, meeting the requirements of Daimler-Benz (sheet 264) for lubricants for trucks and the requirements of MAN TL 283. Manufactured on the basis of highly purified mineral oils with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear, depressant, anti-corrosion and antioxidant additives.
Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters in the composition significantly increases the anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Retains its performance properties from -40 °C to +140 °C, which increases the service life of bearings;
- Excellent pumpability due to its consistency and low-temperature properties - the CLS lines do not block even at very low temperatures down to -40 °C;
- Has good water resistance, resists water washout, while maintaining protective properties;
- Has good adhesion to metal surfaces, forms a durable, temperature- and dirt-resistant oil film, which allows to increase the change interval and reduce maintenance costs;
- Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion;
- Has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
- Has good anti-wear and anti-friction properties;
- The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture, subject to storage rules and integrity of the packaging.
Application: Specially designed for the central lubrication system of trucks and buses, applicable in other central lubrication systems and pneumatic tools.
When using grease, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the equipment manufacturers.
Store in a dry room at temperatures from +5 °C to +35 °C.
