Description
Innovative all-season semi-synthetic (esters + HC-synthes) motor oil for modern high-load and high-speed diesel engines with and without turbocharging, operating in severe conditions. The oil complies with the Global World Specification GLOBAL-DHD-1, which takes into account all the requirements of European, American and Japanese manufacturers of heavy diesel engines manufactured since 1998, operating in severe conditions with increased mileage between oil changes and meeting current standards for the content of toxic substances in exhaust gases and installed on heavy-duty vehicles (over 3.9 tons).
Product properties:
- Ester components in combination with the highest quality semi-synthetic base that meets the requirements of GLOBAL DHD-1, with optimal viscosity in a wide temperature range, provide excellent anti-friction, anti-wear and anti-seize properties, which significantly extends the service life of equipment in all, even the most extreme, operating modes in a wide range of ambient temperatures and provides significant fuel savings;
- Ester components in combination with natural antioxidants give the oil increased thermal-oxidative stability, which, in combination with excellent detergent-dispersant properties (TBN> 10) and reduced ash content, effectively reduces carbon and varnish formation, prevents the formation of deposits of all types and maintains engine parts exceptionally clean throughout the entire interval between replacements;
- Unique ester-containing formulation provides oil resistance to aging, and due to reduced evaporation and increased flash point reduces oil consumption "for burning", which allows its use in engines with an extended oil change interval (Long Life) and conventional;
- Due to the ester-containing base of optimal viscosity, it has excellent low-temperature properties, including a low pour point, which ensures excellent oil pumpability and engine cranking at low temperatures, easy "cold start" (up to -30 ºC) and reduced starting wear;
- Compatible with exhaust gas afterburning systems (EGR). Reduces soot formation;
- Effectively protects engine parts from all types of corrosion;
- Has reduced foaming;
- Effectively combats the increase in shear force during operation, caused by an increase in viscosity due to soot dispersion;
- Can be used when operating on fuel with a high sulfur content.
Designed for all types of heavy-duty diesel engines of highway (highway trucks, buses, etc.), off-road (construction, mining, agricultural) and special equipment of European, American and Asian manufacturers that meet the requirements of Euro I, II, III, IV, where the level of operational properties of CI-4 Plus or lower is required.
Can be used in gasoline engines where the level of operational properties of API SL or lower is required.
